INFORMATION ABOUT BOOKING A PACKAGE

Upon Booking and Before Departure for Orlando:
Upon booking your hotel or package you will immediately receive a confirmation e-mail with the services you have purchased. Please save or print this e-mail as it will serve as a voucher confirmation for the services you have purchased. We currently accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Discover. We use a Secure Socket Layer to protect the personal information that is requested. Note that the address you enter must be the billing address of the credit card.

Upon Arrival in Orlando:
If Roundtrip transportation from airport/ bus terminal to hotel in package:

Transportation is provided from 6:00AM to 11:00PM

AIR: If you are traveling by air and have purchased a package that includes roundtrip transportation from the airport to your hotel please make sure to inform us with your airline and flight arrival information and we will greet you at the airport. One of our representatives will be waiting at the baggage claim area with a sign with your name. They will provide transportation to your hotel and also provide you with the tickets you have purchased.

BUS: If you are arriving by bus from Miami, please make sure to let us know the area where you will be staying or the hotel name in Miami so we may schedule your pick-up time and location. We will inform you of the details of this pick-up via e-mail. , one of our representatives will greet you at the bus terminal in Orlando. We will provide transportation to your hotel and will deliver the tickets you have purchased at that time.

If there is No Roundtrip transportation to hotel in your package:
If you arrange for your own transportation to your hotel upon arrival to Orlando and have purchased tickets from us, they will be delivered to your hotel for you to pick-up at check-in.

All tickets included in our packages are per person.

We also ask that you notify us as to your choice of theme parks when you make your reservation. This can be stated in the "Special Request" box when you make the reservation.

Orange Vacations does not provide transportation from the airport to your hotel or from you hotel to the airport between the hours of 11:30pm-6 am. Please take this into account when making your reservations and feel free to contact us at sales@orangevacations.com if you have any questions about our transportation services.

If a hotel we've booked is ever not available, for any reason, we will substitute a hotel of the same or higher standard.
