At the time of your booking/confirmation submit a deposit of $200.00 US. The total balance will be due 20 days prior to arrival. Note: Should you wish to cancel more than 30 days prior to your arrival, we will refund the deposit minus $50.00 of administrative fee.
Upon check in, there is a standard security deposit of $ 250.00 , which is secured from a credit card and is voided within 14 days of departure. There is a 5 night minimum stay required. Stays less than 5 nights have a one time departure cleaning fee of $ 75
